Preparing for a pageant while you’re in school, working or raising a family can be exhausting. There is so little time and so much to be done! That means it’s important for your body to be in tip-top condition to keep you going all day. It’s important to give yourself plenty of time to prepare for your upcoming pageant so your body can adjust to your training schedule. This will help a LOT with your energy.
